Yes — Strike holds 40–50 ml, which is 3–5× a regular overnight pad. On your heaviest days, many people wear it for 8 hours without changing. On extremely heavy days, go hybrid: Strike plus a tampon for the first few hours.

Yes. The nylon-elastane shell moves with your body and the double leakproof seal prevents edge leaks during high-movement activity — pilates, running, hiking, dance. That’s exactly what it was designed for.

No “forever chemicals.” PFAS are a group of chemicals linked to health concerns used in many waterproof products. Our barrier layer is PFAS-free polyurethane, SGS-tested at 0.00 ppm.

Strike is the heavy-day, high-movement pair — 40–50 ml, double seal, performance shell. Bare is the everyday softness pair — bamboo fabric, 15–25 ml, slim core. Most people own both and switch based on their cycle day.

For the layer touching your skin all day — yes. Bleaching uses harsh chemicals that can irritate sensitive skin, especially during your period. Unbleached cotton is naturally softer and safer for long wear.
